Submit a Correction | MLM Detective

Our Corrections Policy

MLM Detective publishes findings based on publicly available documents, regulatory filings, court records, income disclosure statements, and other verifiable sources. Every finding in every report is documented.

If a specific fact in one of our reports is demonstrably incorrect — and you can provide documentation to prove it — we will investigate and, if warranted, issue a correction. We do not change ratings or findings based on opinions, complaints, or pressure. We change them based on evidence.

Submitting this form does not guarantee a correction. It guarantees that a real person will review what you send.

We Will Consider

  • Documented factual errors (wrong dates, figures, or events)
  • Updated regulatory status with official source
  • Income disclosure statements we may have missed
  • Court rulings or settlements that change our findings
  • Official retractions or corrections from cited sources
  • Submissions from anyone — distributor, employee, consumer, or company representative — with verifiable documentation

We Will Not Consider

  • Opinions about our risk score or rating
  • "I make great money" as evidence of earnings potential
  • Threats, demands, or legal posturing
  • Requests to remove a company from the database
  • Submissions without a verifiable source document or link
  • Claims that we are "biased" without specific factual dispute
